Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to announce the Bioinformatics & Pharmacogenomics: Managing and Analyzing Big Data Conference, to be held on June 19-20, 2014 at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego, CA.

Nearly every realm of biology has benefited from the boom of information coming from new technologies like next-generation sequencing. The scale and complexity of this data continues to increase and now new challenges regarding how to manage, sort, investigate, and utilize this data must be addressed.

This meeting will create space for researchers from both industry and academia to learn about the latest hot topics in areas such as sequencing platforms, data integration, personal genomics, single cell sequencing and pharmacogenomics as well as share and discuss perspectives during networking sessions.

Sessions for the 2014 meeting:

I. Data integration
II. Technical Advances in Data Visualization, Processing & Storage
III. Clinical Trial Design for Personal Genomics
IV. Advances & Challenges in Genome Assembly & Pan Genome Analysis
V. Application of Next-Generation Sequencing Technologies (Joint session with NGS Conference)
